Unhappy with our service?

Treadstone Law Solicitors want to provide you with the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided you, you should inform us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem.

Firstly, it may be helpful to discuss your concerns with the individual or team who has day-to-day control of your matter. If however, you would like to make a formal complaint, please read our full complaints handling procedure here. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.

What to do if we cannot resolve your complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman about your complaint (provided you do so within six months of the end of our Internal Complaints Handling Procedure). You can read more about this in our Claims Handling Procedure document.

If you would like more information about the Legal Ombudsman, visit: www.legalombudsman.org.uk, or send an email to: enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk

Alternatively, you can call: 01616 966 229 between 9am to 5pm.

While the Legal Ombudsman handles complaints about the services we provide or our fees for the services, the SRA deals with complaints about conduct. Further information is available on the SRA website.
