Negotiation leads to almost £3000 damages

We have recently settled another interesting case – an elderly lady “Mrs M” from London who was very shaken up in a nasty accident.

We immediately arranged for her to receive physiotherapy, essential when dealing with vulnerable patients who have sustained trauma and this affected a very swift recovery.

Notwithstanding this, we still managed to obtain just under £3000 damages.

The insurance company offering less than two-thirds of the actual value of the case. We negotiated extremely vigorously and very swiftly concluded the claim.

The client was delighted.
